These terms describe the expected use of Little Computer School. A parent or legal caregiver must create and manage the family account.

Educational service

The activities are provided for general education and practice. Health and science content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency guidance.

Parent accounts and learner profiles

A parent or legal guardian creates one family account, gives explicit consent at sign-up, and may set up to three learner profiles. The parent is responsible for supervising their child's use, keeping the sign-in link and device secure, and the activity that happens under the account.

Subscriptions

Paid family plans renew automatically until cancelled. The checkout page will show the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and renewal terms before payment. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the parent account; cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period unless local law requires otherwise. Founder pricing

A founder price may remain available while the original subscription stays active. If that subscription is cancelled or payment remains unsuccessful, a later subscription may use the then-current price.

Appropriate use

Families may use the service for personal, non-commercial learning. Users must not attempt to disrupt the service, access another family’s data, copy the curriculum for resale, or bypass subscription controls.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, or remove activities. We will provide reasonable notice before material subscription or account changes when required.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. [TODO: complete the warranty disclaimer and limitation-of-liability clause with legal counsel, consistent with the governing law named below.]

Launch review

These draft terms must be reviewed and completed with the business owner’s legal name, address, governing law, refund terms, and required regional notices before paid subscriptions open.
